Executive Team

Marc Flemming Co-Founder / Director of Online Operations Mr. Flemming has accumulated nine years of project management experience for successful online destinations from conception of ideas to launch, promotion, storage, delivery, management and maintenance. He also brings fourteen years of creative writing experience for online publications catering to international audiences. Mr. Flemming has worked extensively in promotional marketing, sales and customer service atmospheres for several years resulting in a well-rounded business background. Starting in 1997, his company, Psyphire Productions, utilizes new Internet-based business models for providing online business solutions from corporate branding to the storage and delivery of a business's marketing and promotional data. Psyphire is responsible for the delivery of 50,000 daily unique visitors to partner destinations within its network.

John Kaemmerling Co-Founder / Director of Development Mr. Kaemmerling has a strong background in marketing and sales that compliment his expert skills as a leading professional photographer in the Bay Area. His previous sales experience for a nationwide retail photography franchise led to significantly raised profitablity during his term. He currently operates his own successful photography company since 1996, John Kaemmerling Photography & Video, serving Santa Cruz and Monterey counties and is responsible for a growing network of models whose portfolios have been used to garner roles in major feature films.
